‘Týr’ Multi-Gym features a smith rail & power rack with adjustable j-hooks & spotter arms, two adjustable pin-loaded cable pulleys with 130kgs on each stack (260kg Total), adjustable dual cable crossover system, push-up/dip bars, resistance band pegs, lateral pull-down, multi-grip pull-up handles, 6 weight plate storage pegs, extra large foot board, adjustable knee cushion & seat.

ENDLESS EXERCISES: The built in 20kg Smith Machine on this multi-gym features a self-balancing barbell that ensures ultimate safety as you lift. The self-balancing barbell ensures safety during lifts, guided by rods for smooth, stable, and effective isolation exercises. Rack the bar at any point with catch rods along the Smith rail.

260KG OF LIFTING POWER: Featuring 2 x 130kg weight stacks on each side of the multi-gym, ‘’Týr’’ offers the user an incredible amount of weightlifting options to choose from. Selective in weight increments of 5-130kg per stack, the versatility of this multigyms lifting options are unmatched.

2:1 WEIGHT RATIO: The weight ratio is 2-1 on the pulley system & weights stacks on this machine, the design of the ‘Týr’ multigym pulley system means that selecting 100kg provides resistance equivalent to lifting 50kg

PUSH UP BARS & DIP HANDLES:Elevate your upper body workout with the Adjustable Pull-Up Bars & Dip Station integrated into this rack, enabling targeted strengthening through precise, isolated movements.

DUAL STACK & CABLE CROSSOVER: The ‘Týr’ multigym rack offers a dual stack of weighted plates increasing in increments of 5kg and maxing out at an impressive 130kg per stack (260kg total). The dual cables provide constant tension while you lift and lower the weight, allowing the user to utilize two individual pulleys for both unilateral and compound movements. Use the single hand pulley adjustment handles to easily fix multiple heights based on your chosen exercise.

LAT PULL DOWNS: ‘’Týr’’ multigym ensures you achieve a full range of motion to optimize your lat pull down movements. The lat pulldown bar clips onto the cable system at the top of the rack as an attachment contributing to the functionality and convince of this machine. An adjustable knee cushion and seat are also included to provide additional support to your workout.

DUAL GRIP PULL-UP BAR: This multigym features a unique dual grip pull-up bar at the top of the rack. Positioned at the top of the rack, this unique Dual Grip Pull-Up Bar can be horizontally adjusted, allowing you to seamlessly switch between wide grip pull-ups and close-range pull-ups. This design ensures a comprehensive upper-body workout by targeting a diverse range of muscles.

WEIGHT PLATE STORAGE: Featuring 6 Olympic style weight plate pegs for plate storage, you can easily store an incredible amount of bumper plates on this multigym. Each peg has a weight capacity of 150kg, so you can store approximately 900kg of weight plates on this rack (compatible with 2″ plates).

The RPM Power® Tyr Multigym comes with a 5 year home use guarantee.

The guarantee period commences when the item has been delivered to the purchaser or user.

What is covered during the guarantee period?

•  Malfunction defects that are a direct result of a manufacturing issue(s)
•  Spare parts free of charge provided the purchaser can provide sufficient, timely evidence of missing/defective parts
•  Products purchased directly through the RPM Power® website

RPM Power® reserves the right to determine what constitutes manufacturing defects as well as wear and tear.

A guarantee does not cover products for commercial use and is non-transferable to a third party.
