Compared to standard push-ups without any handles, our push up board allows you to use full grip rather than palms flat, allowing you greater movement and alleviate stress on your wrists & forearms. If you have wrist problems, the bars will feel great as it keeps the joint neutral.

RANGE OF MOTION: The handle grip on the push up bars allows for greater range of motion for exercises. A full range of motion increases strength significantly more than using a partial range of motion as you would doing push-ups without handles.

NON-SLIP HANDLES: Our Push-Up Board features a premium non-slip ergonomic design with oversized handles to allow you to have a more comfortable experience when training. Designed from ABS Composite plastic to prevent slipping, the two handles can be switched to multiple positions and angles to maximise your upper body training in a fun, challenging way.

PORTABLE: Bring the RPM Power Push-Up Board with you wherever you go. Simply fold the push-up board into two separate parts, making it easy to carry with you at home, outdoors or on-the-go.

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL PUSH UP BOARD: The RPM Power Push Up Board is a color coded push-up board which targets specific muscles based on what specific area of your upper body you are trying to train. With a weight capacity of 300kg, adjust the handles to an area on the board to pick which specific muscle groups you would like to train, such as:

• Yellow: Chest
• Orange: Shoulders
• Purple: Back
• Blue: Triceps
