Viking Strength Home Gym
The viking strength home gym gets it’s name from the Viking attachment that was specially designed to work perfectly in the storage areas at the side of our new Squat Stand Evo.
VIKING STRENGTH – Combining the Viking Press & Landmine attachment adds hundreds of exercise possibilities. Greater range of motion allows you to train balance. Simply slip the barbell into the landmine attachment, then attach the viking press to the other end, The angle of the bar allows you to apply force vertically and horizontally. You use a steady, controlled speed to move the barbell in a natural arc instead of in a straight line.
SQUAT STAND EVO– RPM Power Squat stand is fully adjustable for maximum workout potential. Customise your training and switch between 13 rack levels (103~163cm height), 10 width adjustments (73~120cm width) and 7 Spotter levels (5cm gaps). Easily adjust in seconds with the simple pop-pin mechanism.
P2800 ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT BENCH – This heavy-duty weight bench features double-cross base for extra stability. Choose from one of 6 incline and decline settings to find a safe and secure position for all exercise variations. Adjust the base seat from incline to decline also to maximize your workouts with this workout bench!
WEIGHT PLATES PLATES – Tri-Grips 2 x 1.25kg, 2 x 2.5kg, Bumper Plates 2 x 5KG, 2 x 10KG & 2 X 15KG These bumper plates are standardized 450mm diameter, suitable for use with 2” barbell. Equipped with a dead bounce, the shock absorption of these high density rubber plates means you can lift and drop with ease on a suitable surface. Their rubber construction protects the weights, the barbell, and the floor from damage.
OLYMPIC BARBELL – The Essential Olympic Bar – 7ft| This weightlifting bar is designed to be used with any 50mm Olympic Standard weight plates. This Olympic bar is finished with a light diamond Knurl, IPF knurl marks and bronze bushing that provides a spin for lifts, reducing strain on wrists. This highly durable bar is great for powerlifting competition-lifts, squat, deadlift and bench press.
