The rationale behind this precautionary measure is to mitigate the risk of causing damage to the bike’s components. Please be advised that any instance of damage attributed to the aforementioned practice may render the bike ineligible for warranty coverage.

The guarantee period commences when the item has been delivered to the purchaser or user.

What is covered during the guarantee period?

✔ Spare parts free of charge provided the purchaser can provide sufficient, timely evidence of missing/defective parts
