KNURL GRIP- Barbell diamond knurling pattern on the shaft of Olympic Barbells increases grip for a comfortable feel. RPM Power’s solid weighted bar is compact and convenient enough for all domestic gyms and homes. The Essential 5ft Olympic Bar is a high-performance yet compact piece of weightlifting equipment. At 1500mm in length, the barbell is ideal for home gyms or those with limited space.
SQUAT, BENCH PRESS & DEADLIFT: This weightlifting bar is designed to be used with any 50mm Olympic Standard weight plates. This Olympic bar is finished with a light diamond Knurl, bronze bushing that provides a spin for lifts, reducing strain on wrists. This highly durable bar is great for powerlifting competition-lifts, squat, deadlift and bench press.
CHROME FINISH: Chromed shaft and sleeves provides the Essential barbell with a stunning, hard-wearing, uniform finish. The 5ft Olympic Bar comes with two 2″ spring clips that fit over the bar to secure the weight plates at the ends to prevent them from slipping during a workout.
MAX LIFT 120KG- The 245mm loadable sleeve length on both sides allows for plate loading and can hold up to a maximum weight of 120kg/260lbs. These bars are 28mm diameter for comfortable movement in your hand a greater grip.

An Olympic barbell without any plates on it is already a useful weight in and of itself and is a basic requirement for some of the best and more powerful exercises, such as deadlifts, squats and presses. Barbells, like other free weights, are much better than the machines at the gym because of the stabilization and coordination aspects they bring to your workouts - use more muscle groups as you balance and lift.
To answer your question it all depends on your current bodyweight/muscle mass: So if we were to take someone weighing in at 80kg we would take that number and multiply it by the given numbers down below, giving you your 1 rep max for your bench, squat and shoulder press. Through this you can decide/narrow down which plate set/bundle would be best suited for you.
Example:
Person weighing 80kg
Bench 1 Rep Max = 45kg (.56 x bodyweight)
Squat 1 Rep Max = 65kg (.81 x bodyweight)
Shoulder Press 1 Rep Max = 35kg (.44 x bodyweight)
Yes the plates are available bundles/sets. Here are the available sets for purchase:

The recommended set/bundle for the person mentioned above would be the 100kg bundle, as it gives plenty of possibilities for progression and will challenge the individual.
Most Power Racks measure 7ft or a little over 80" in width, enough to accommodate a minimum 7ft bar.
In order to safely rack a bar we recommend not to use a bar shorter than this, as you won't be able to load the sleeves.
