“Valkyrie” Multi-Gym features a squat rack with adjustable j-hooks & spotter arms, two adjustable pin-loaded cable pulleys with 85kgs on each stack (170kg Total), adjustable dual cable crossover system, adjustable spotter arms, multi-grip pull-up handles & four pull-up globes, adjustable j-hooks & more.

The Difference between the ‘Valkyrie’ Essential Multi-Gym Bundle and our standard ‘Valkyrie’ Multi-Gym Elite Bundle is that the Elite edition includes an Elite 7ft Olympic Barbell & Elite Weight Plates instead of Essential Weight Plates & Essential Barbell.

170KG OF LIFTING POWER: Equipped with two 85kg weight stacks, the Valkyrie Multigym provides unparalleled lifting versatility. With adjustable increments ranging from 5kg to 85kg per stack, it offers an extensive range of options to suit any strength training routine.

2:1 Weight Ratio: The Valkyrie Multigym’s advanced pulley system utilizes a 2:1 weight ratio. Selecting 80kg delivers 40kg of effective resistance, ensuring smooth, controlled movements and precision in every lift.

DUAL STACK & CABLE CROSSOVER: This multigym includes dual 85kg weight stacks (170kg total), increasing in 5kg increments for customizable workouts. Its dual cables provide constant tension and allow for both unilateral and compound movements. With easily adjustable pulley handles, you can set multiple heights to accommodate a wide variety of exercises.

MULTI-GRIP PULL-UP HANDLES: This multigym features a unique pull-up handles system with multi-grip pull-up handles & four pull-up globes featuring at the top of the rack. Positioned at the top of the rack, the unique design of the pull-up globes allows for varied grip positions, and lets you develop stronger grip and forearm strength as a result.

107.5KG IN WEIGHT PLATES: The Loki Bundle comes with 107.5kg of weight plates. This is made up of a combination of 2 x 1.25kg and 2 x 2.5kg Tri-Grip Plates plus 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg and 2 x 20kg black Olympic Bumper Plates. Load them on the Smith Bar or included 7ft Barbell, or store them on one of the 6 weight plate pegs fixed to the rear of the rack when not in use.  

7FT 20KG OLYMPIC BARBELL: This bundle includes a 20kg 7ft Olympic Barbell Proving an extra 20kg to your set up, secure the barbell to the Loki rack via the included J-hooks and spotter arms, or combine it with the 360⁰ landmine sleeve to perform a range of extended exercises. 

U3800 COMMERCIAL-GRADE BENCH: You have the option to add the U3800 Weight Bench to the Kratos Elite Bundle. This high performance bench weighs 38kg and has a max. capacity of 500kg, ensuring stability and durability over a lifetime of heavy lifting.

P2400 SEMI-COMMERCIAL WEIGHT BENCH: P2400 SEMI-COMMERCIAL BENCH: You have the option to add the P2400 Weight Bench to the Crossover Bundle. This high performance bench weighs 29kg and has a max. capacity of 300kg, ensuring stability and durability over a lifetime of heavy lifting.

BARBELL COLLARS & PAD: Also included in the bundle are 2 x cyan/green lockjaw Barbell Collars for securing loaded weight plates and 1 x aqua green foam Barbell Pad for greater comfort when lifting. 

ESSENTIAL VS ELITE: What’s the difference between our Essential and Elite Rack Bundles? Essential Bundles include weight plates and barbells from our “Essential” range. These products are designed for use in most standard workout programmes. Elite Bundles include products from our “Elite” range. Elite weight plates are made of thick rubber designed for slamming and hard drops while Elite barbells feature a free-spinning handle: both of these features make Elite products ideal for CrossFit-style workout programmes.

The RPM Power® Valkyrie Multigym comes with a 5 year home use guarantee.

The guarantee period commences when the item has been delivered to the purchaser or user.

What is covered during the guarantee period?

•  Malfunction defects that are a direct result of a manufacturing issue(s)
•  Spare parts free of charge provided the purchaser can provide sufficient, timely evidence of missing/defective parts
•  Products purchased directly through the RPM Power® website

RPM Power® reserves the right to determine what constitutes manufacturing defects as well as wear and tear.

A guarantee does not cover products for commercial use and is non-transferable to a third party.
