The RPM Power Magnetic Rowing Machine is precisely engineered for maximum performance. This Magnetic Rower is prefect for those new to rowing and is compact and light.

SUPER SILENT ROWING MACHINE: Unlike many other rowing machines, this Magnetic Rowing Machine is marked by a double aluminum railway, providing the user with a remarkably smooth and silent experience when rowing. The shock absorber underneath the sliding rail helps further provide stability to the user when exercising. 

16 RESISTANCE LEVELS: This magnetic rowing machine offers the user 16 resistance levels to choose from when exercising. The adjustable resistance mechanisms allow the users to achieve excellent cardio training by changing the resistance level based on their desired level of difficulty. LCD monitor for workout stats display.

ROWING WORKOUT:  Rowing is unique in the fact that it is both an anaerobic and aerobic activity. Shorter pull means more repetitions, greater number of pulls, this compact machine is ideal for quick home workouts. As a form of cardio (aerobic), rowing will push you to your limits and build endurance as you train. As a form of strength training (anaerobic), you’ll build serious muscle strength and tone as you fight against the resistance generated by your movement. But can also be suitable for rehabilitation and recovery as a non-weight bearing form of physical activity.
