MULTIPLE RACK ATTACHMENTS: Kratos is equipped with multiple removable and integrated attachments for performing diverse compound and isolation exercises. The complete list of attachments includes:

• Dip station: 2 x removable steel dip station bars with two grip position variations.
• Pull-Up Bar: A fixed bar atop the frame with five grip options for different pull-ups/chin-ups.
• Landmine attachment: 360⁰ landmine sleeve with swivel function for performing a range of barbell exercises.
• T-bar attachment: 1 x T-bar row/landmine attachment can be positioned atop your barbell for performing a wide variety of exercises such as T-bar rows, single-arm rows, landmine press, landmine squats, deadlifts, lunges and more.
• Leg press plate: 1 x multi-functional leg press/row bar steel plate (70cm x 35cm) with non-slip surface. Clip it onto the Smith machine to perform hack squats, leg press, hip thrusts and more.
• Foam knee cushion: 1 x durable foam knee cushion for performing split squats, sit ups, or lateral pull-downs, elevated crunches and more on your bench.
• Spotter arms: 2 x spotter arms for barbell spotting (37cm surface area).
• J-hooks: 2 x J-hooks for barbell security.
• Weight plate storage: 6 x storage pegs for 2” weight plates.
• Barbell storage: 2 x barbell holders at the rear of the rack.

100KG IN ESSENTIAL WEIGHT PLATES: The Kratos Essential Bundle comes with 100kg in Essential Olympic Bumper Plates.. This is made up of a combination of 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg and 2 x 20kg black plates. Load them on the Smith Bar or included 7ft Barbell, or store them on one of the 6 weight plate pegs fixed to the rear of the rack when not in use.

7FT 20KG ESSENTIAL BARBELL: This bundle includes an Essential 7ft/2200mm Silver Barbell. Proving an extra 20kg to your set up, secure the barbell to the Kratos rack via the included J-hooks and spotter arms, or combine it with the 360⁰ landmine sleeve to perform a range of extended exercises. When not in use, the barbell can neatly be stored upright in the holder at the rear of the rack.

U3800 COMMERCIAL-GRADE BENCH: You have the option to add the U3800 Weight Bench to the Kratos Essential Bundle. This high performance bench weighs 38kg and has a max. capacity of 500kg, ensuring stability and durability over a lifetime of heavy lifting.

BARBELL COLLARS & PAD: Also included in the bundle are 2 x blue lockjaw Barbell Collars for securing loaded weight plates and 1 x blue foam Barbell Pad for greater comfort when lifting.

ESSENTIAL VS ELITE: What’s the difference between our Essential and Elite Rack Bundles? Essential Bundles include weight plates and barbells from our “Essential” range. These products are designed for use in most standard workout programmes. Elite Bundles include products from our “Elite” range. Elite weight plates are made of thick rubber designed for slamming and hard drops while Elite barbells feature a free-spinning handle: both of these features make Elite products ideal for CrossFit-style workout programmes.

ASSEMBLY: All of our multi-gyms are straightforward to assemble. Each rack comes with a detailed instruction manual, and you can find an accompanying step-by-step assembly guide on our website. We offer installation services across Ireland on many of our larger racks, including Kratos. See the “Specifications” section below for more details.
