The set includes Includes 5 x high-quality resistance exercise bands with varying tension levels: extra light band (10lbs / 4.5kg), light band (20lbs / 10kg), medium band (30lbs / 13.5kg), heavy band (40lbs / 18kg) and extra heavy band (50lbs / 22.5kg) for customized workouts that suit your personal fitness goals, as well as an anchor for doors, handles & ankle straps for leg & core exercises.

PUSH UP BARS – These elevated bars allow you to use full grip rather than palms flat allowing you greater movement and alleviate stress on your wrists & forearms. If you have wrist problems the bars will feel great as it keeps the joint neutral. The grip on the bar allows for greater range of motion for exercises.

The guarantee period commences when the item has been delivered to the purchaser or user.

What is covered during the guarantee period?

✔ Spare parts free of charge provided the purchaser can provide sufficient, timely evidence of missing/defective parts

✔ Products purchased directly through the RPM Power® website

RPM Power® reserves the right to determine what constitutes manufacturing defects as well as wear and tear.
