Reinforced centre ring creates a quick and seamless plate mounting and removal whilst also protecting the plates from repeated impact of use.
UNIVERSAL SIZE: Standardised 450mm diameter, suitable for use with 2” barbell. Perfect for Olympic and CrossFit style lifting, these plates can be safely dropped on lifts such as cleans, snatches, squats, deadlifts and glute bridges.

High-quality Olympic size rubber weightlifting bumper plates allow you to perform overhead lifts safely. Equipped with a steel core insert and embossed numbering these plates look great and are built to withstand punishment.
These hard wearing plates are the ideal training plates for explosive barbell exercises such as squats, cleans, snatch, overhead press, and deadlifts, utilising multiple muscle groups at once unlike machine weights.
These weights can be used with a barbell and can also be repurposed for a host of exercises without a bar. Such as stacked for plyometric jumps, planks, wall sits, russian twists and overhead presses to name a few
Built to last, our bumper plates are built to withstand gruelling lifts and heavy impact drops. These rubber plates are made for 2" olympic sized bars and barbells and each bumper plate is available in 5kg, 10kg, 15kg 20kg and 25kg.
To answer your question it all depends on your current bodyweight/muscle mass: So if we were to take someone weighing in at 80kg we would take that number and multiply it by the given numbers down below, giving you your 1 rep max for your bench, squat and shoulder press. Through this you can decide/narrow down which plate set/bundle would be best suited for you.
Example:
Person weighing 80kg
Bench 1 Rep Max = 45kg (.56 x bodyweight)
Squat 1 Rep Max = 65kg (.81 x bodyweight)
Shoulder Press 1 Rep Max = 35kg (.44 x bodyweight)

The recommended set/bundle for the person mentioned above would be the 100kg bundle, as it gives plenty of possibilities for progression and will challenge the individual.
Most Power Racks measure 7ft or a little over 80" in width, enough to accommodate a minimum 7ft bar.
In order to safely rack a bar we recommend not to use a bar shorter than this, as you won't be able to load the sleeves.
