There was a slight problem with my delivery. While this was more to do with the courier , customer service (Maggie) sought immediately to rectify this. Full delivery arrived next working I will be returning to RPM for any future equipment.

Absolutely fantastic after care service, even if your product is years old.

Absolutely fantastic service. I bought the 24kg adjustable dumbbells years ago. Last week I dropped one of them and a piece broke off. When I rang RPM they were extremely helpful and friendly. Very quickly I was able to communicate with them through WhatsApp and they confirmed from the pictures I sent that it could be fixed. I would highly recommend RPM, their adjustable dumbbells are excellent and their after care and service is fantastic.

Glad to purchase from an excellent Irish company. My 5kg weighted vest is just perfect for strengthening my back. Also it arrived 2 days after ordering it. I really enjoyed that! Good work RPM!

Great customer service. I had a query regarding the delivery of my spinning bike, and it was easy to communicate via telephone, and the customer service advisor resolved my query very diligently. The delivery company was also punctual and very helpful. My spinning bike was very easy to assemble. I've been using it for over 3 weeks, and it's great quality and study; it doesn't make noise either.
