Multi-Gym Kratos
Kratos is the mythical Norse god of power and strength and he’s fully represented here in this extraordinary multi-featured rack which covers all bases when it comes to power and strength.
Kratos can be used commercially or domestically and includes a self balanced Smith rail; two vertically adjustable pin-loaded cable pulleys with 70kgs on each stack (140kg Total); leg press; lat pull down attachment including adjustable knee cushion; landmine attachment with T-Bar barbell, plus a dip station and multi-grip pull up bar. Multiple barbell plate holders are also included on each side.
SMITH MACHINE: The built in Smith Machine features a self-balanced 20kg barbell to ensure ultimate safety as you lift. Equipped with counter balanced guide rods and ball race chamber cylinders for silky smooth operation as it rises and lowers, the bar moves smoothly along a fixed vertical plane for more effective isolation exercise, increased stability and safer lifting. Catch rods are spaced evenly every 13cm along the rail; as you fatigue and approach failure, simply twist the bar 1/5 of a turn and the spotter hooks on each side immediately engage to lock the bar firmly in place, preventing the barbell from falling and helping to ensure safe spotting throughout your workouts, even with the heaviest of loads.
DUAL STACK & CABLE CROSSOVER: This multi-functional rack features two independent 70kg stacks (140kg total) of weighted steel plates in increments of 5kg. The dual insulated steel cables provide constant tension while you lift and lower your selected weight, allowing for both unilateral and compound movements. The pulleys can be used jointly or independently of each other and positioned anywhere along the vertical frame via a pin loaded 16 position height adjustment. This allows them efficiently target the arms, legs, chest, shoulders and lats. A barbell attachment bar, lat pull down bar and 2 handle grip attachments are included as standard; a large variety of additional attachments are available to further expand your exercise options.
LAT PULL DOWNS: Clip the lat pull-down bar into one of the cable stack pulleys, attach the (removable) cushioned knee bar to keep you secured firmly in place, select your weight with the stainless steel chromed pin bar and start working; the action is smooth, silent and as heavy as you need it to be. Alternatively, perform narrow (or wide) grip chest pull downs / pull outs while standing and using a high, medium or low height position on the adjustable pulley, allowing you attack the muscles from every angle possible, as light as you want or as heavy as you can endure.
DIP STATION AND PULL UP BAR: Two removable steel dip bar handles are included. These lock into place on the vertical frame with a simple twist action. The multi angled / narrow / wide grip pull-up bar on the top frame offers four grip positions to accommodate a variety of pull up options. Rubber over-molding is provided on both dip and pull up bars for enhanced grip during use.
