These plates are suitable for movements such as squats and bench presses etc, they are not designed to be consistently dropped – please see our Range of Elite Plates which are suitable for dropping.
• P1400 WEIGHT BENCH – The adjustable gym bench is made with steel, a moisture-resistant leather panel and anti-slip rubber feet. This bench has 9 backrest positions, including 6 incline bench, 1 flat bench and 2 decline bench positions. The weight bench also has 4 adjustable seat levels for inclined movements.
