3 BALANCE BOARDS IN 1 – The RPM PowerBalance Board Pack features 3 different balance board styles that will enhance balance, coordination, posture & strength. This pack is also ideal for injury rehabilitation and provides you with a board for every stage of recovery to advanced balance training.

ALL PROGRESSION LEVELS – Pair the balance board with the air cushion for beginner-level strength & balance training, as well as rehab exercises. Progress to the foam rocker for a steady progression, then the roller. Multiple difficulty level of the roller balance are designed for advanced workouts that will challenge even the most skilled athlete.

8 X VARIATIONS – Included are 2 x wooden slats and screws which can be attached to the board in two positions to adjust the difficulty of your training. From beginner to pro, there are 8 stages of balance training in total to be found in this pack.

ADVANCED BALANCE – Similar to a snow- or surf board, the ‘roller’ balance point demands effort even from usually dormant muscles and will consistently build strength as you try to maintain your balance. Slipping and sliding over the wooden cylinder, the Roller Board will teach you to gain greater balance, movement and muscle control across your entire body.
